The main reason that prompted us to start Edu4U.today is because there is a large number of people in the world who have little or no access to education. The other reasons include :

• Student Debts - Student education debts are on the rise.
• Cost - Rising cost of higher education.
• Employers - Employers in search of high caliber staff with the right skills set for jobs.
• A recent global study - A recent global study, by Telefonica, of young adults aged between 18-30 years said access to technology and education will help to bring them out of poverty and ensure them of their success.
• Competitiveness - Globally students, professionals, and businesses in their pursuit of success have to remain competitive. Education is a proven way to stay ahead of the curve.
• Unemployed - Retrenched workers, unemployed people, those who come out of long medical leave and individuals between jobs are all looking for better opportunities.

As a registered user you have access to thousands of digital resources that cover topics ranging from Universities and Colleges, Entrepreneur and Business Programs, Computer Science and IT Programs, Professional Courses, Soft Skills and Skills Training for Workplace, Video Talks and Lectures, Life Skills and Lifestyle Programs covering Motivation, Music, Art and Hobbies, Programs for Teens and Children, Worldwide Radio and News, education software tools and exciting mobile apps for your mobile devices.

One may Google but they may need to spend more time to find what they need, and not all people are internet savvy and may need some assistance to look for relevant educational resources. Edu4U.today learning portals are likened to Highways where you pay a nominal toll in the form of a membership fee for the portal and the quality contents are already curated and makes it easy for the user to access the World Class Holistic Learning Portal. All the programs here are reviewed to ensure they have suitable and relevant content before listing them in any of our channels.

Some universities and colleges do offer Certificates, while others do not. However we are also in the midst of offering Certificate of Completion for selected programs and also will be collaborating with 3rd party providers who are offering Certificate program and will keep our users updated through our Member’s page.

Once you have logged in, here are some guidelines on how to use the lifelong learning portal.

• You will go to the User Profile Page.
• You may change their password here.
• Click on the Start Learning tab above on the left hand side.
• You will be taken to the Learning Page.
• Here you may access thousands of online courses, videos, e-books and journals.
• On the left hand side is a list of the different channels available If you click on the channel it will take you to various resources.
• Choose which one course, video or e-book you want to explore.
• Enjoy exploring the various learning resources available here.

Edu4u.Today is accessible 24 /7 and you may choose to learn at a time convenient to you.

Some courses have certain start and finish dates, while some others are self-paced and automated – this means that you can start on any day and take as much time as you need to finish it. The rest of the courses available are informational and educational resources at your finger tips for as and when you need the information to up-skill yourself.
